Sustainable development is the
popular developing process that is used in construction industry. Sustainable
development is the process of developing, that creating durable, environment
friendly and eco-friendly production by using existing resources usefully.

It should be built socially, environmentally and comically.

Sustainable development that meets
the need of the need of the present without compromising the ability of future
generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable development is a pattern of
recourse use. Use the resources for the present need and also prevent for
future generation. It can mainly concern three things. That are economically,
environmentally and socially.

Sustainable development is the
economic development that is conducted without depend of natural resources.
That means when we are doing sustainable development we must not pollute the
environment. We have to do it environment friendly. Because of this we will be
able to protect environment for long time.

Critical review
"Sustainable development is the process of using existing resources and technology effectively and developing environmental friendly, Eco - friendly and socialist production. "
According to sustainable development, it is not influence to ability of creating skills in future generation. but it develops present generation needs. It describe that the energy and power and other resources for future generation and develop durable and effective construction.
Sustainable development deals with two concepts. These concepts are,
- The concept of needs of the world's poor and then growing of the world population
- The idea of limitations imposed by the state of technology and social organization
Definition for sustainable development
"Development that meets the needs of the present without compressing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs"(Strange T., Bayley A, 2008).
"In principle, such as an optimal(sustainable growth) policy would seek to maintain an acceptable rate of growth in per-capital asset stock or the natural environmental assets stock" (Elliot J.A, 1994).
"The idea of limitation imposed by the state of technology and social organization on the environment's ability to meet present and future needs" (Frey, Yanwske,2007)
