•             Steel: Steel is a mostly using construction material. 

·         Can be reused when using as a structural material, form-work

·         Can be recycled after using

•         Timber: Timbre is a construction material.

·         It is local material and then can be easily replaced

·         Rapidly renewable material

•       Solar energy: Solar energy is  an energy resource used in construction.

·         Reusable

·         Rapidly renewable energy

•      Blocks:

·         Can be reduced usage, because of the strong

·         Local material and easy to replace

·         Durable and then maintenance and replacement cost is low

•      Glass: Glass is a construction material.

It can be reuse. If glass is damage it can be recycle

        

•       Natural light and ventilation – It is an energy resource. 

 This is rapidly renewable resource. There for we can reduce cost for the lightning and ventilation.
