·         Can be reduced usage, because of the strong

·         Local material and easy to replace

·         Durable and then maintenance and replacement cost is low

•      Glass: Glass is a construction material.

It can be reuse. If glass is damage it can be recycle

        

•       Natural light and ventilation – It is an energy resource. 

 This is rapidly renewable resource. There for we can reduce cost for the lightning and ventilation.

•       Water:

·         Waste water we can treat and used for the garden.

       Water we can used for the electricity generation.
