Sustainable Development

Sustainable development means protect the natural resources and developing eco-friendly products to the community.

scarcity of natural resources is the main reason for the use of sustainable material sustainable development means development with consisting social, economical, environmental friendly outcome.
When choosing the materials for any products before choosing, it should think about the environmental friendly or not. Is that can recyclable or not outcomes of the products not harm to the environment.
This sustainable development concept helps to save the time and money of the society. It reduces the wastage of natural resources by engage in sustainable development can reduce the scarcity of natural resources.
With this concept automatically environment is safe, then economic growth occur society it effects good manner therefore development can seen.

Sustainable development have three main things such as,
                            1.Low cost
                            2.Environment friendly
                            3.Social friendly
This things follow the construction project we can call it sustainable development construction.

Critical Review

Sustainable development means that fulfill the present needs of the society by saving the resources to the future.

Definitions for sustainable development;

·         “the relationship between science, society and policy and a key aim to advance understanding of the theory and practice of sustainable development” (Blowers, Boersema and martin, 2012).

·         “Sustainable development that meets the needs of the present without comprising the needs of future generations to meet their own needs” (Brundtland, 1987).

·         “The concept of sustainable development does imply limits-not absolute limits but limitations imposed by the present state of technology and social organization on environmental resources and by the ability of the biosphere to absorb the effects of human activities” (anonymous, 1987).

According to the different authors sustainable development is a concept that refers to development where emphasis is shifted from short term economic gains to a longer term approach where there is balance between economic, social, and environmental considerations.

The aim of the sustainable development is fulfill the present needs of the society with the limitation of the technology and the social which are available in the environment. Optimize the unlimited needs of the people with the limited resources available in the environment by saving to the future generation is the main concept of the sustainable development.

Sustainable development can maintain with the recycling, reusing the material of outcomes regularly.
