                                                Sustainable Use of Resources

 Construction materials, energy sources and water are the sustainable resources consider about those   resources there are many issues when we consumption.

1.      Scarcity is the major issue

2.      Damages during the extraction

3.      Wastage

Consider about this issues can identify the strategies such as,

            1. Reduce

            2. Reuse                        

            3. Recycle

            4. Local material usage

Using energy conservation strategies can use the construction materials like this,

Steel 

•  steel can see in the construction site it uses for the construct the formed work, foundation.       beams etc.
• Steel is a recycle material.  It can use again and again (reuse).
• Iron ore is the resource and they are non renewable

Water

•  we can reduce water wastage in the construction site by using efficient way.
•  Treated water can use for the gardening.
•  Can reuse, reduce, recycle and also this is a renewable resource

Timber

• timber use to make form work, roof, furnitures and etc.
• Using the steel or plywood we can reduce the timber consumptionTrees are the resource. 
• Timber can reuse and these are durable

Aggregate-

• Aggregate is the local material as a result of it we can find easily and quickly and the
• Transportation cost is low.
• Aggregate can reuse.

Cement

• cement is the most important material in the construction site.
• Using the steel clay, we can reduce the cement usage.
• Limestone is the resource. This is a durable material and also can reduce the usage.
