Strategies for the use of sustainable building materials. 

Today in a construction industry, sustainable materials have a higher demand mainly because of the resources scarcity. Rather than the conventional materials constructors tend to use the sustainable and innovative materials since it is much beneficial to the the construction procedure.

These are some of the identified sustainable materials and their strategies

1.Steel
Steel can be used instead of timber work since it durable, reusable and can use for many times.

2.Clay Bricks 

Clay bricks can be used instead of concrete, it is durable, less harm to environment. It ca be identified as a local regional material that can easily get for the construction site and cost effective.

3.Glass
Glass can be used construction material instead of concrete it times save the energy, reduce resource usage, durable, and recyclable.

4.Clay roofing tiles
Clay roofing tiles can be used roof coverings instead of asbestos, much eco-friendly, reusable material. It also a local regional material that reduces the cost involve in the transportation.

5.Water
Water can be used as a rapidly renewable material, can reuse that for agricultural purposes, washing etc.
