Sustainable Strategies of Resources Used In Construction Industry.

·         Steel - Steel is a construction material used in a construction site.

                        Steel can reuse for the form work in construction.

                        We can include 3R concept for the steel.

·         Timber – Timber is a construction material.

To reduce resource wastage, we can use the rapidly renewable resources for the         construction. We can save the nonrenewable resources by using the rapidly renewable resources.

 

·         Fuel –  Fuel is an energy resource used in construction.

Fuel we cannot recycle or reuse. Therefor we have reduced fuel usage in construction. So we have to use fuel in efficient5 manner. We can include 3R concept strategy for fuel to reduce fuel wastage.

·         Water – We can reduce (3R concept) the water wastage by using water in efficient manner.

Waste water we can treat and used for the garden. And also waste water we can use for the cultivation.

Water we can used for the electricity generation.

·         Natural light and ventilation – It is an energy resource.

This is rapidly renewable resource. There for we can reduce cost for the lightning and ventilation. Also we can use Solar energy for the electricity supply in the building.
